Bookings
Booking an appointment reserves a time to speak with our team. It does not guarantee that a service is suitable for you. A pharmacist assessment is required, and they may decline or change a treatment or service on clinical grounds.
Not for emergencies
This website and our booking forms are not for emergency or urgent medical advice. In an emergency call 999. For urgent but non-emergency help call 111.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can. Our cancellation arrangements are being confirmed, so please ask us when you book.
